Due to the nature of embroidery and printing, unforseen defects, damage, or results that are different from your expectations are out of our control. Stitches to Design is not responsible for replacement or cost of customer supplied goods if they become damaged in the process of embellishment.
Stitches to design reserves the right to refuse work due to old, delicate, hard to hoop or questionable heat tolerance of items.
